What exactly does LUMÉRA AURA do?
AURA combines red light and EMS microcurrent in two pads worn on the eye area. The application is cosmetic and reduces the appearance of puffiness, under-eye bags and fine lines.
How often should I use AURA?
Ten minutes once a day. Regularity matters more than long sessions.
When will I see a difference?
With regular use, once a day. A specific result cannot be guaranteed.
Does AURA replace my LED mask?
No. AURA is a complement and covers exactly the area a mask has to leave out.
Why can I not feel the microcurrent?
Usually the skin is too dry or the hydrogel pads are missing. Dampen the skin lightly and attach the pads, then the microcurrent works as intended.
Can I use AURA over make-up?
No. Cleanse your face first. To keep the skin hydrated, you can apply a light serum or eye cream.
Who should not use AURA?
Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, metal implants in the head area, epilepsy, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or menstruating, have a fever or an infectious or acute illness, allergies, ulcers or skin disease, very sensitive or fragile skin, eye inflammation, glaucoma or recent eye surgery, have recently had a chemical skin treatment (e.g. a peel), or are sensitive to electrical stimulation. Not suitable for minors. If in doubt, consult a doctor first.
How long do shipping and returns take?
