What exactly does LUMÉRA AURA do?
AURA combines red light, EMS microcurrent and gentle warmth in two pads worn on the eye area. The application is cosmetic and reduces the appearance of puffiness, under-eye bags and fine lines.
How often should I use AURA?
Ten minutes once a day. Regularity matters more than long sessions.
When will I see a difference?
Many users notice the de-puffing effect after the first session. Changes in the appearance of fine lines typically show after four to six weeks. A specific result cannot be guaranteed.
Does AURA replace my LED mask?
No. AURA is a complement and covers exactly the area a mask has to leave out.
Why can I not feel the microcurrent?
Usually the skin is too dry or the hydrogel pads are missing. Dampen the skin lightly and attach the pads, then the microcurrent works as intended.
Can I use AURA over make-up or eye cream?
No. The skin should be cleansed and only slightly damp. Apply your skincare after the session.
Who should not use AURA?
Do not use with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, with metal implants in the head area, after recent eye surgery or with glaucoma. If in doubt, speak to your doctor first.
How long do shipping and returns take?
